ORDERING
Ordering online is simple and secure. When you have completed your shopping click on the checkout button and follow the instructions on screen.
Complete your delivery and credit/debit card details. Your transaction will be processed by Worldpay. You will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming the details of your order with us and giving you a unique order reference number.
If you prefer to order by phone then you can call us on 01283 733226 and we will take your order and your payment details over the telephone. Our order line is open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (answering machine at other times - please leave a message and your telephone number and we will call you back)
DELIVERY
We aim to deliver non-personalised items within 3 days but please allow up to 7 days delivery. Delivery for personalised goods is 14 days (subject to credit clearance and availability of stock)
Standard Delivery - UK £3.95 per parcel. Except giant cushions and beanbags which cost £4.95 each.
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or via carrier (depending on the size and weight of the parcel). Carrier delivery will require a signature on arrival.
Next Day Delivery - UK £8.95 (Not generally available on personalised items)
Orders are despached via Royal Mail Special Delivery or by a carrier (depending on the size and weight of the parcel). Both methods require a signature.
We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate.
Overseas Delivery - Europe £9.95 for parcels up to 2 kilos. Parcels over 2 kilos will be quoted for separately. Please call customer services on 01283 733226 for delivery quotes for parcels over 2 kilos to Europe and for information about delivery to the rest of the world.
