We aim to deliver non-personalised items within 3 days but please allow up to 7 days delivery. Delivery for personalised goods is 14 days. If you need an item urgently please call 01332 513033 and we will do our best to oblige. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product excluding postage and package. Product Care

Pewter does not tarnish like silver, but instead will develop, over a number of years, a subtle patina that with occasional cleaning will enhance the natural beauty of the metal. Handwash with warm water and a mild detergent.
